CALIFORNIA PROP 65
The spray enamel color-fill we use to decorate our deep carving contains No Lead or Cadmium.However, it does contain an ingredient composition which requires the following clear and reasonable notice: WARNING - This Product Contains A Chemical Known To The State Of California To Cause Cancer.

CANCELLATIONS
A purchase order accepted by QI is a binding contract and is considered steadfast. Upon mutual written agreement, a P.O. may be cancelled for a fee of $50 (P), plus all incurred costs.

CHANGES
All changes to a P.O. must be submitted in writing.

CLAIMS
Damage claims must be made by recipient within 7 days TO THE CARRIER. All outer and inner packaging materials MUST be retained for claims inspection.We will be happy to assist in filing a claim. Legal title to goods passes to buyer at F.O.B. point and ALL recourse for damages rests with the CARRIER.

COLOR-FILL
All carvings are permanently filled with Gold enamel (Silver and Bronze also available).

CONFIRMATION
Orders are promptly acknowledged via Fax/E-mail. Please review carefully for any discrepancy.

COPY CHANGES
FREE for all Award items marked with this symbol . All other items are $10 (R) per side.

DROP SHIPMENTS
Add $7.75 (R) for each individual location plus actual shipping cost.

GUARANTEE
All reasonable defects in workmanship will gladly be replaced at no charge. Be aware, however,that marble, granite and onyx are natural products and that significant variations in color, texture,veining and surface cracks (fissures) will occur and are acceptable. All items are hand-crafted and slight variations in size and shape will occur and are acceptable.Variations in the texture of the carved area will likewise occur and are acceptable.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
$50 (R) service fee for each foreign location. A valid UPS or FedEx account number must be supplied by Distributor at least two work days prior to the ship date.

MAKE-READY CHARGE
NO LOGO SET-UP charges as long as camera-ready artwork is provided. Free set-up with copy change/personalization is marked with this symbol . NOTE: For non-award items, such as gifts and desk accessories on pages 54 to 65, charges for copy changes and personalization's still apply.

MONOGRAMMING
There is no die charge on monogram orders. Choose from the three styles shown below:

OVERSIZED CARVINGS
There will be an additional charge of $9 (R) for carving outside of stated carving area.

PACKAGING
All items are attractively packaged in a cream or white gift box affixed with a gold embossed genuine marble sticker. Gift Boxing is suitable for presentation and strong enough to ensure maximum protection. A romance card is inserted in each package.

PAPER PROOFS
All paper proofs are Free of Charge.

PERSONALIZATIONS
FREE on all Award items marked with this symbol . All other items are $10 (R).

All items are available blank. Please use next column pricing.

PRICING
Prices listed in this catalog are effective through January 17, 2009. Unless otherwise noted, prices include carving of logo and colorfill on one side.

PRODUCTION TIME
Normal time is 6 working days. Orders requiring a proof may take longer. Please inquire for a quicker turn-around time.

RANDOM SAMPLES
Randomly carved samples available at end quantity price (P). All returns require prior authorization including a Return Authorization # or proper credit will not be given. Please call Customer Service for the RA#.

MINIMUM QUANTITY
Add $20 (R) for quantities that are less than the beginning minimum for each item number.

RELEASE PROGRAMS
$12 (R) per release. All items must be released within one year from receipt of original purchase order.

RETURNED GOODS
There is a 15% re-stocking fee for any authorized return. All returned merchandise requires prior authorization and must have a Return Authorization number on the master carton or it will be refused and returned to sender. Please call Customer Service for the RA#.

RUSH SERVICE
FREE PriorityQ Rush Service ships orders in 4 Work Days! Priority Q must be clearly marked on the P.O. Quarry reserves the right to refuse PriorityQ consideration if credit terms have not been pre-established, black & white camera-ready art is not furnished, paper proof of art/layout is not approved within allotted time or total carvings exceed 250. All orders are subject to availability of inventory.

SECOND SIDE CARVING
Extra carvings are available for multiple locations for $10.95 (R) per side per piece.

SHIPPING
All orders are shipped F.O.B.Kentucky. Orders are shipped prepaid via UPS, unless otherwise advised. Freight, handling, and insurance charges per master carton are added to invoice total. UPS Dimensional Weight may apply. C.O.D.’s not accepted.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS
Add $11.75 (R) for each destination after the first shipment.
